The kind of enclosure for orcas like that looked like a easy enough idea rather than transferring more sea water to fill the tank for orcas and other larger marine animals that cannot move on land and would die when beached and dry out of water, like dolphins and whale sharks.
It would be great If they would stop taking baby orcas from their mothers and pods in the wild. Mothers and babies are inseparable and they are so smart. They feel and respond to the loss and endlessly cry for each other, just like us. This pool doesn't have seawater, it's filled with chlorine and another chemical that can easily blind them. Stay away from these places. There is a reason why they are born in the ocean.
The caretakers are very cute and nice to see them at work see they love the ORCA but despite everything it would have been nice if the animals were free in the open sea and not in a small pool! It harms the health of the animal but all this is not important in the eyes of managers who want to inflate their bank account at the expense of animals! Humans, elephants, dolphins, and orcas stay together their entire lives and all are very intelligent and social animals. All babies from the wild are being stolen from their mothers and like us, the reaction is devastating. Even when in captivity the babies continue to cry out for their moms. All for the sake of entertaining. Take the time to watch' Black Fish', you'll never go back. Well, I Would hope not. For the sake of these animals, never go anywhere that uses wild animals. 2017年12月初めまで千葉に住んでました。3～４回は行きました。最後に行ったのが実母と2017年4月に行きました。ちょっと寒かったけど楽しかったです。その年の9月に旦那も実母も天国へ旅立ってしまったのでもう行けないけどこうして動画が見れてとても嬉しいです。シャチと写真も撮りました。今は良い思い出です
